- HIGH LEVEL DESCRIPTION
- Pink tickets
- Stubs AND MONEY will be turned in to a specific board member. Turn in dates and times will be announced as we get closer.
- GRAY tickets will be handed out at specific dates to be announced.
- Gray tickets CAN NOT be obtained until ALL of your pink tickets are accounted for
- EX: If you have 3 registered participants in the league, you can not obtain gray tickets until you turn in all the money and stubs for all 30 pink tickets
- Gray Stubs come back to your coach
- Money stays in your pocket
The single raffle this season will work as follows:
- Each child registered will get a set of 10 raffle tickets that are pink
- The tickets will be handed out close to opening day
- A date will be set as to when tickets and stubs are due as well as the drawing
- June 6 - Money and Stubs are due
- June 7 - Drawing at Family Fun Day
- Each participant will sell those 10 tickets for $5 a piece and return the $50 and ticket stubs to the specified board member.
- The first pack of tickets is the equivalent of the League fundraiser from years past
- Once an individual returns ALL the "pink" stubs and money they can be allocated a second/third/fourth/etc set of 10 tickets that are gray
- The families will then sell the "gray" tickets and keep the money and ONLY return the ticket stubs
- The "gray" tickets is the equivalent of the "play for free" raffle from years past where the money will be kept by the family to help offset registration cost.
We have three separate prizes available to the winners. The first name drawn will have first selection of the prizes available. The second name will have second choice, etc. The prizes for the raffle are as follows:
